Our Admissions Personnel are here to assist you with all the steps of an admission.

While some nursing home or memory care admissions are planned, many result from a crisis and / or hospitalization and you may feel overwhelmed.

You are encouraged to come for a tour of our lovely building in the upscale central Illinois village of Morton. While you are welcome to stop in, it would be best to contact us for an appointment so we are sure to have the time for a thorough tour of our five-star rated facility and for all of your questions. You may pick up an application at that time or we can always mail you one.

If you are hospitalized and need care following your stay there, a discharge planner will ask you about the homes you would prefer they contact. You may be told that Restmor is always full. Please be aware that we usually do have an opening. Because of our reputation, many people assume that we are 100% full but since we are able to send over 50% of those admitted home following rehabilitation, we are frequently creating new openings.

We are a skilled nursing center in the Peoria area offering short and long-term care, memory care and complete rehabilitation services.
